One to One private lessons are available via zoom. These sessions are extremely valuable for anybody as you will receive a specialised individual program to suit your body and needs.
Beginner classes are best for those who are new to pilates and those recovering from injuries. We cover all the basic principles of good body alignment to help you feel more confidence.
Intermediate classes are a great all round fitness class for those with more experience. The classes are faster paced in pace, and suitable for those who are familiar with pilates work and participate in sports. This class will greatly benefit other sporting activities you may undertake.
